Yes. For projects within Greater Beirut we carry out a free site assessment and provide an itemised written quotation, normally within two working days. For locations further afield a small call-out fee may apply, which is credited against the job if you proceed.
All of our electricians hold recognised trade qualifications and work to IEC wiring standards. The company carries public liability insurance, and we provide test certificates and as-built documentation on completion of every installation.
We operate a 24/7 emergency call-out service. Within Beirut we typically reach site within 60 to 90 minutes. Outside Beirut, response time depends on distance but we will always give you a realistic arrival window when you call.
Yes. Workmanship is warranted for 12 months from handover. Equipment and materials carry the manufacturer warranty, which is typically 1 to 5 years depending on the product — we register these on your behalf and keep the records.
Yes, and we often do. For commercial and industrial clients we regularly schedule works for evenings, weekends or planned shutdown windows to avoid disrupting operations. This is agreed and priced at quotation stage.
We work throughout Lebanon. Our core coverage is Beirut, Mount Lebanon and the coastal areas, where we maintain the fastest response times. We also take on projects in the Bekaa, the North and the South.
Both. We can supply all equipment and materials through our trade accounts, usually at better prices than retail, or install client-supplied equipment if you have already purchased. Either way the installation warranty applies.
Most projects are quoted as a fixed price after a site visit, so there are no surprises. Maintenance and fault-finding visits are charged at an hourly rate with the first hour as a minimum. All pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.
